In this 6-session program, you’ll build mental skills to handle pressure, recover quickly from mistakes, and turn setbacks into comebacks. RESET gives you practical tools to stay focused, confident, and resilient—so you can compete with consistency and bounce forward stronger.

Fail Better Training was founded by Dr. Ashley Kuchar, who brings her experience as an NCAA athlete, researcher, and mental performance coach to help athletes and high performers build resilience and confidence.
While Ashley leads the work at FBT, she also collaborates with trusted professionals on programs like the RESETÂ Instructor Training to expand impact and provide the best possible support for athletes.
