I know what it’s like to get stuck in your head after mistakes.
As a college basketball player, I spent years replaying missed shots and trying to move on without knowing how. Everyone said it’s okay to make mistakes, but it never felt true in the moment.
That experience inspired me to earn my Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and create the RESET program, a proven framework that has helped more than 250 athletes build confidence, recover from mistakes, and play with composure under pressure.
My goal is simple: to give athletes the mental skills I wish I had when I was competing so they can trust their training and perform with confidence.Â
